The formula explained
Every ingredient is in for a reason. Here is what each one supports.
NAC fuels your body's glutathione production while vitamin C mops up free radicals that build up when you drink.
DHM supports alcohol metabolism and milk thistle delivers silymarin, a well-studied botanical that supports liver cell function.
Electrolytes replenish minerals alcohol flushes out, and taurine helps your cells hold onto fluid.
L-theanine promotes relaxed alertness and ginger supports digestion when your gut is working overtime.

Full formula
No proprietary blends, no hidden doses. Here is what is in every Pregame shot and why it is there.
Dihydromyricetin
DHM
A flavonoid from the Japanese raisin tree studied for its role in supporting liver enzyme activity after alcohol intake.
N-Acetyl Cysteine
NAC
A precursor to glutathione, the body's primary antioxidant, helping to replenish defenses that alcohol depletes.
Taurine
An amino acid that supports cellular hydration and electrolyte balance, both of which alcohol disrupts.
L-Theanine
An amino acid found in green tea that promotes calm focus, taking the edge off stimulant effects without sedation.
Milk Thistle
Contains silymarin, a compound long used in herbal tradition to support liver cell health and detoxification pathways.
Electrolytes
Sodium, potassium and magnesium to help the body maintain fluid balance when alcohol's diuretic effect sets in.
B Vitamins
B1, B3, B5, B6 and B12 to replenish the water-soluble vitamins alcohol clears out, supporting energy metabolism overnight.
Vitamin C
A water-soluble antioxidant that helps neutralise free radicals produced when the liver metabolises alcohol.
Ginger
A root extract used for centuries to ease digestive discomfort, particularly the nausea that can accompany drinking.
Deliberately left out
Why 5-HTP is not in Pregame
5-HTP raises serotonin levels. That sounds useful, but it creates a real risk for anyone taking an SSRI, an SNRI, or another serotonergic medication: serotonin syndrome, a potentially serious drug interaction.
We chose to leave it out. The people most likely to take Pregame on a night out are the same people whose medication makes 5-HTP a bad idea. If you are on an SSRI or SNRI, talk to your doctor before using any new supplement.

Plain language. No hype, no exaggeration. Just the role each ingredient plays in the formula.
Extracted from the Japanese raisin tree, DHM is studied for its interaction with GABA-A receptors and its ability to support antioxidant defenses in the liver while alcohol is being processed.
NAC is the most direct dietary route to raising glutathione, the body's primary antioxidant enzyme. When alcohol is present, oxidative stress increases — NAC supports the system that keeps it in check.
Taurine helps regulate fluid balance at the cellular level and supports membrane stability. It works alongside the electrolyte blend to keep hydration where it counts.
An amino acid found in green tea, L-theanine promotes alpha-wave brain activity — the kind associated with relaxed alertness. It takes the edge off stimulation without making you sleepy.
Silymarin, the active compound in milk thistle, is one of the most widely studied botanical liver-support agents. It supports healthy liver cell function under oxidative load.
Alcohol is a diuretic. The electrolyte blend in Pregame — sodium, potassium, magnesium — replaces what you lose and helps your cells hold onto water effectively.
The B-vitamin complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12) acts as cofactors in the metabolic pathways that process alcohol. Alcohol depletes these stores quickly; Pregame tops them back up before you start.
A well-understood, water-soluble antioxidant. Vitamin C works alongside NAC and DHM to support the body's overall antioxidant defenses during alcohol metabolism.
Ginger has a long record in traditional medicine for supporting digestive comfort. In Pregame it addresses the stomach side of a big night, working on nausea and settling the gut.
5-HTP is commonly found in sleep and recovery supplements. We left it out because it can interact with SSRIs, SNRIs, and other serotonergic medications — including some commonly prescribed antidepressants — in ways that carry real clinical risk. If you take any such medication, talk to your doctor before using any supplement, including Pregame.
